Refund Policy

Customers are Entitled for the Refund if IGloss Inc. failed to deliver the Order or Item received defective & we are unable to provide the return for the item. Full Refund will be processed after confirmation from the Customer on Email or Call.

Refund will reflect back in customer’s Credit/Debit Card or Bank account statement within 5-7 business days. An Email will be delivered on Customer’s email address after processing the refund.
